This year, we’re in incredible company. AXIS Health App has been shortlisted alongside major brands like Musgrave Group, Circle K, and Folk VML, a true reflection of the competition’s calibre. To reach this stage, our app had to meet key criteria: functionality, design, UX, problem-solving, and innovation.
Being recognised at this level is a moment of immense pride for our entire team. Honestly, it’s more than just an award nomination for us — it’s a reflection of the dedication, passion, and relentless pursuit of excellence that have shaped the AXIS Health App from the very beginning. Not an easy task!
This journey started with a vision: to create an app that would redefine healthcare recruitment. Making the process faster, more efficient, and more accessible for both professionals and recruiters. From those first brainstorming sessions—where ideas were sketched out on whiteboards and refined over countless discussions—to the rigorous development phase, every step of the process has been fuelled by a deep commitment to solving real-world challenges.
Like any ambitious project, there were obstacles along the way. Whether it was fine-tuning our AI-driven candidate matching, refining the user experience, or ensuring seamless compliance verification, our team met each challenge head-on.
